Special Request
In order to make your stay more comfortable as you recover, please consider any special requests you may have as they pertain to your specific procedure and be sure to note them. For example, a walk-in shower, extra pillows or blankets needed, a handicap accessible room, or a room located on the first floor/near an elevator for ease of access. This way the hotel can anticipate your needs and ensure a restful stay.

All out-of-town patients should book flights into Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which is the main airport serving Phoenix, Arizona. The airport is approximately 15 minutes from our office and offers a variety of airlines, car rental services, and ground transportation options.
